Tailored Day Services (TDS)

Staffing Ratio: 1:1 individualized support
Schedule: Typically 8–10 hours per week, Monday through Thursday between 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible based on individual schedules).
Our Tailored Day Services offer completely customized, one-on-one coaching to help clients integrate fully into their communities.
- Key Focus Areas: Employment coaching, volunteer placement, post-secondary education navigation, mobility and transit training, financial literacy, social communication, and self-advocacy.
- Goal Tracking: Individual Service Plan (ISP) goals are built directly from the enrollee’s Individual Program Plan (IPP) and/or Person-Driven Plan (PDP). Progress is continuously monitored, data-backed, and formally reviewed semi-annually with the enrollee and their support team.
- Prerequisites: Open to adult enrollees of the San Diego Regional Center who are independent with medication management and basic personal hygiene.
