Counseling and Coaching Services

Counseling and Coaching Services (CCS), a program of The Institute for Effective Education (TIEE), specializes in one-on-one guidance and targeted interventions designed to cultivate autonomy and core life skills from childhood through adulthood. A core focus for our clients is the achievement of personal, academic, and professional success. We guide individuals toward these milestones by blending structured frameworks, such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with comprehensive assessments and highly individualized, person-driven planning supervised by our licensed and certified counseling team. Aligned with recommendations from our counselors, our coaches provide dedicated, general support based on each individual’s unique goals. By pairing a collaborative, supportive environment with progress monitoring, we continuously refine our approach to ensure meaningful growth. CCS readily accepts private pay arrangements (hourly or package rates) and gladly welcomes individuals participating in the Self-Determination Program.
