Jog-A-Thon Awards Ceremony Celebrates Participants

Congratulations to all participants in our first ever Jog-A-Thon at the COOK Education
Center and Urban Skills Center! A total of 88 students participated in the event last
month, raising over $2600 for our schools! On Tuesday, November 9th, an awards
ceremony was held to honor the top fundraiser and top lap runner from each COOK Education Center and
Urban Skills Center Program.

Our Award winners were as follows:

COOK Foundations
Top Fundraiser: Alec E.
Most Laps Completed: Antonio S. (19 laps)

COOK Secondary
Top Fundraiser: Will B.
Most Laps Completed: Steven S. (19 laps)

Urban Skills Center
Top Fundraiser: Tyler R.
Most Laps Completed: Troy G. (21 laps)

Our six winners each received gift cards from Barnes and Noble and In-N-Out courtesy
of the COOK/USC PTG. Everyone who participated received a certificate and coupon for a free
yogurt at Crave Yogurt, courtesy of the Chan Family, members of our PTG.
