Coaching Services
Vocational and Adult Services provides individualized programs designed to increase independence that are based on goals from the enrollee’s Person-Centered/Driven Plan along with the results of our assessments.
Our customized services are provided for individuals and small groups. They can include coaching and support with employment, volunteering, post-secondary education, mobility, self-advocacy and self-determination, financial literacy, socialization, and communication, navigating community resources, and leading an integrated and inclusive life.
Our professional team assists each enrollee in acquiring and/or strengthening those skills that increase independence. Our program is data-driven, so we regularly monitor progress and make program decisions based on progress data. We review progress data with the enrollee and/or the support team and provide a clear rationale for program changes.
Enrollees who are funded through the San Diego Regional Center may obtain our coaching services based on individual needs. Coaching services are also available for private-pay enrollees and/or for individuals participating in Regional Center’s Self-Determination Program: https://www.sdrc.org/sdp.
