COOK/USC Open House a Huge Success

The COOK Open House on Thursday, October 14, was a huge success!
Nearly 50 parents, guardians, and their families attended to meet the
teaching staff, and had an opportunity to find out what our students
have been doing this year and what other great things we have planned.
Following the classroom visits, the students and their siblings joined
the teachers for ice cream and activities while the parents attended a
brief PTG meeting. Representatives from our various PTG committees gave
information about fundraising opportunities, including Boxtops for
Education and the E-scrip program. They also described plans for upcoming events,
including the Jogathon on October 27 and the Teacher Appreciation
luncheon on December 7.
